In order for you to hear or even have room in your head for spirit to come in and deliver messages, you need to be actively learning how to navigate your emotions. Validating your emotions encourages trust within yourself and your team. If you aren't able to trust your emotions, how will you be able to trust your intuitive downloads from The Divine?
WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT?
When we are reacting from our emotional mind, it makes it hard for us to see the reality of the situation. It's crucial for you to remove your emotions and for once, your logical mind when discerning messages from Spirit. STOP ASKING FOR SIGHS, YOU SAW THE FIRST ONE
Learn to be okay with accepting the first sign given from spirit. You may be someone that ask for a sign, then a sign for that sign... then a confirmation for that sign too, cut that shit out! They heard your question, and responded in a way they knew you'd notice. The random white butterfly or crow calling was your confirmation boo!
BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF!
A big part of learning to trust your intuition is learning to trust yourself.Trusting in your ability to correctly discern and apply the messages from spirit. And trusting that you will steer yourself in the right direction when it's time for you to move and go where your spirit team has led you.
